Mr. Shen pursued his higher education in France, where he was conferred a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from Montpellier Business School, followed by a Master of Management from CERAM Nice-Sophia Antipolis. During his time in France, he gained professional experience with the LVMH Group under the mentorship of Professor Jacques Molas. Upon returning to China, he practiced at Jianwei (Kunming) Law Firm and Beijing Yingke (Kunming) Law Firm before joining Beijing Zhonglun W&D (Kunming) Law Firm, where he currently serves as counsel. He has long acted as standing legal counsel to large and medium-sized enterprises, and specializes in civil and commercial dispute resolution, foreign-related legal affairs, and corporate legal matters.
