• Represented a road and bridge company in a construction contract dispute with a construction engineering company (the case was recognized as one of the "Top Ten Classic Cases of the Chongqing Lawyers Association").
• Represented an industrial park development and construction company in Chongqing in two construction contract disputes against an industrial (group) company and an industrial company in Chongqing (the amount in dispute was approximately RMB 320 million; the cases went through first-instance proceedings before the Chongqing High People's Court, second-instance proceedings before the Supreme People's Court, retrial proceedings, and procuratorial supervision).
• Represented a center in a district of Chongqing, a town people's government, and several persons subject to relocation in a non-litigation bankruptcy matter involving a real estate development company in Chongqing (the matter concerned the protection of the lawful rights and interests of the relocated persons, the protection of government interests and performance of governmental functions, and the effective resolution of issues involving the bankrupt real estate developer; the matter was ultimately resolved successfully).

• Represented the audit bureau of a district in Chongqing in three administrative disputes with an industrial company in Chongqing concerning the revocation of audit reports.
• Represented a bureau in Chongqing in several litigation and arbitration proceedings concerning mining rights disputes with a coal industry group company in Chongqing.
• Represented a bureau in Chongqing in arbitration and enforcement proceedings concerning a mining rights dispute with a coal and power (group) company in Chongqing.
• Represented a bureau in Chongqing in an administrative reconsideration proceeding before the Ministry of Natural Resources of the People's Republic of China concerning the cancellation of a mining license held by a zinc industry development company in a county of Chongqing.
