Mr. Wang graduated from Dalian Maritime
University with a Bachelor of Laws degree. He focuses his practice on maritime
and shipping, international trade, cross-border bulk commodity and energy
transactions, complex commercial disputes, and corporate investment and
financing matters.
With a multidisciplinary background in law
and the bulk commodity industry, Mr. Wang has extensive experience in
international energy supply chain operations and related legal services. He has
advised clients on a wide range of matters involving maritime transportation,
international trade, energy transactions, commercial contracts, and corporate
