Achievements
1. Represented a hotel
holding company in a series of litigation cases arising from equity transfer
and shareholder disputes between the
hotel holding company and a real
estate development group in Hunan and Mr. Ding, ultimately achieving the
purpose of acquiring the equity interests in the subject project through such
litigation.
2.Acted as counsel for an airport joint-stock
company and an airport limited liability company in a contract dispute case
initiated by the administrator of a trust investment company in Hainan. The
plaintiff's claims were completely dismissed by the court at the first
instance, second instance, and retrial levels.
3.Acted as
counsel for an airport joint-stock company (as the respondent) in defense of a
bankruptcy liquidation application filed by a group company in Hainan (as the
applicant), successfully obtaining a court ruling dismissing the applicant's
bankruptcy application.
4.Acted as counsel for an airport joint-stock company (as the defendant)
in a corporate dispute case brought by a construction and land development
corporation in Sanya (as the plaintiff) concerning withdrawal from shareholder
status, successfully securing the dismissal of the plaintiff's claim.
5.Handled the permission to appeal case
of a group company and a shipping company before the High Court of Justice in
England. Responsible for the criminal proceedings within China relating to the
case and providing opinions on relevant Chinese law, and successfully obtained
permission to appeal on behalf of the group company.
6.In a construction contract dispute
case between a construction company in Shanghai and a state-owned construction
enterprise, represented the Shanghai construction company and obtained a
favorable judgment.
7.Acted as counsel for a leading
domestic airline in a series of IP dispute cases, successfully suppressing the
root causes of infringement and establishing a strong basis for the company's
intellectual property strategy.
