Mr. Mark Yu is a non-equity partner at Beijing Zhonglun W&D Law Firm. He holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Law and English from East China University of Political Science and Law and an LL.M. from Indiana University Bloomington. Admitted to practice in both China and New York State, he is also a member of the Beijing Lawyers Association Foreign-Related Legal Talent Pool. Since 2012, Mr. Yu has focused on state-owned assets operation, cross-border investment and M&A, and general corporate matters. He has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal services to major central enterprises such as China North Industries Group, China South Industries Group, and China Rongtong Asset Management Group, as well as a number of listed companies.
