Attorney
Feng Yunxiao, a member of the Communist Party of China, is the head and
director of Beijing Zhonglun Wende (Suzhou) Law Firm. He specializes in
handling investment/acquisition/funding/securities, corporate legal matters,
asset disposal, construction projects, real estate development, and complex
dispute resolution in construction projects, among others. He serves as the
legal advisor to the Wujang District Committee of the Communist Party of
Suzhou, the legal advisor to the Wujang District Government of Suzhou, a member
of the 17th People's Congress of Wujang District of Suzhou, a member of the
Supervision and Judicial Committee of the Standing Committee of the 17th
