Civil and Commercial Economic Law from China University of Political Science
and Law,and serves as a Graduate Practice Supervisor at Beijing Technology and
Business University.
Lawyer Zhao Yali has
been appointed as an arbitrator by more than 30 arbitration institutions,
including the Beihai International Court of Arbitration, Hulunbuir Arbitration
Commission, and Yueyang Arbitration Commission. She also serves as a member of
the Expert Advisory Committee of Hulunbuir Arbitration Commission and a member
of the Expert Advisory Committee of Zigong Arbitration Commission, with
extensive experience in the field of commercial arbitration.
With nearly 20 years
of legal practice, Ms. Zhao has rich experience in both litigation and
arbitration. Her core practice areas focus on commercial litigation and
arbitration, particularly in construction engineering disputes and contract
disputes.
Relying on her
profound professional knowledge and rigorous practice philosophy, she has long
provided legal services for central state-owned enterprises, local state-owned
