Ms. Hu MingQin is a member of the Supervisory Committee, a non-equity partner, and Head of the Labor and Employment Department at the Shanghai Office of Zhonglun W&D Law Firm. She is also accredited by the Shanghai Bar Association as a specialist in labor law.

Her principal practice areas include labor and employment dispute resolution representing both employers and senior executives, the development and enhancement of corporate employment policies and procedures, and ongoing employment law advisory services. Her representative clients include Hong Kong-listed companies, major foreign-invested hospitals, listed securities firms, and senior executives of large corporations.
