July 2004     Joined the First Electronic Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information (now renamed to be the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center) to engage in the policy and legal research on Chinas informatization and software, and participated in the formulation of relevant policies and regulations.

July 2011-April 2017    Lawyer of Beijing JunHe Law Firm. Wherein, during the period from May 2012 to April 2014, he was assigned to work in the Legal Department of Itochu Corporation in Japan, mainly engaging in the China-related legal business of Itochu Corporation.
