Chen specializes in the areas of finance, real estate and corporate law.
In respect of financial business, Chen has provided legal services to large financial institutions such as China Development Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Beijing Commercial Bank, China Huarong Trust and Investment Company, and China Cinda Trust and Investment Corporation. He has handled More than 100 financial law cases with great performance, and a large number of non-litigation financial law business.
In respect of real estate, Chen has been engaged in real estate legal business since 1993, and has pioneered the development of the whole- process legal service model in real estate development and operation. Having served hundreds of real estate companies and projects, and been in charge of numerous real estate litigation and non-litigation cases, he has accumulated a wealth of experience in the areas of real estate development, project transfer, sales and post-service.
In respect of corporate legal business, Chen has been planning for a number of projects of corporate merger and acquisition, equity transfer, company listing and debt-to-equity swaps,of financial institutions;

Chen specializes in the areas of real estate, finance and corporate law, including real estate development, real estate project transfer, post-sales services; bank credit, project guarantees, bills, payment settlement, funds, trusts and financial leasing, and litigation and arbitration related to real estate and finance; company merger and acquisition, equity transfer, company listing, and debt-to-equity swaps.
